W11 Therapy can submit direct billing to many extended-health insurers and ICBC for eligible registered massage therapy and acupuncture appointments at our South Granville, Vancouver clinic. Depending on your plan or claim, direct billing may reduce or remove the amount paid at the appointment, with any remaining balance payable by the client.
For extended health: your insurer name, policy/group number and member ID. For ICBC: your claim number and date of accident. We can submit eligible direct billing. Referral requirements and coverage depend on your plan or claim.
