W11 Therapy directly bills most major extended-health insurers and ICBC for registered massage therapy and acupuncture treatments performed in our South Granville, Vancouver clinic. Direct billing means you do not pay upfront — we submit the claim to your insurer on your behalf and you only pay the remaining balance (if any).
For extended health: your insurer name, policy/group number and member ID. For ICBC: your claim number and date of accident. We handle all paperwork. Most insurance plans do not require a doctor's referral for massage therapy.
