You keep 70-75% of the posted treatment rate depending on experience - for a 60-minute treatment at the current $135 rate that is $94.50-$101.25 per booked treatment hour - with tips paid out daily. Bookings, direct billing, marketing, supplies and laundry are handled by the clinic. Part-time and full-time schedules are available and new graduates are welcome.

How does the 70-75% split work?

You keep 70-75% of the posted treatment rate, depending on experience - for a 60-minute treatment at the current $135 rate that is $94.50-$101.25 per booked treatment hour. Tips are 100% yours and are paid out daily. There is no room-rental fee and no charge for linens, oils, or supplies - the split is the whole arrangement. We go through the full working arrangement with you when we chat.

What are the treatment rates?

Current massage rates are $89 for 30 minutes, $114 for 45, $135 for 60, $170 for 75, and $195 for 90. Acupuncture is $140 for an initial assessment and treatment and $130 for a follow-up, both 60 minutes. Your split applies to the posted rate.

Do I need to bring my own clients?

No. The clinic runs ongoing Facebook and Google advertising and handles rebooking, so new clients come to you through the clinic rather than from your own network.

Who handles booking, billing, and supplies?

The clinic does. Bookings, payments, and reminders run through Jane App, we handle direct billing to insurers and ICBC, and linens, oils, lotions, and laundry are provided and restocked.

Can I work part-time?

Yes. You choose part-time or full-time and set your own availability. Schedules here typically run 25-35 treatment hours per week, depending on the availability you set.

I'm a new graduate or still a student - can I apply?
